How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 12 months up front at the price of 10: ₪1,490 for Essentials, ₪2,490 for Restaurant and ₪3,490 for Growth, per branch. That’s 2 months free compared with paying monthly.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every package starts with a 30-day free trial, set up with you during the demo. You pay nothing until it ends.
What counts as an active till?
Any device used to take sales: a floor tablet, a Windows till, or a browser running the web till. Viewing the owner dashboard doesn’t count. Essentials includes 1 active till, Restaurant 2 and Growth 3. Each extra till is ₪39 a month.
Do the prices include hardware or card payments?
No. Prices are for the software, per branch. Tablets, tills, printers and on-site installation are quoted separately, and you can keep devices that fit. Istya POS records how each bill was paid; card payments are authorised by your own card terminal or payment provider, not by the POS, and need their own connection.
How does the AI usage allowance work?
Essentials uses AI to set up your menu when you start. Restaurant adds AI menu import at any time and a daily summary. Growth adds AI answers about your sales, plus unusual-activity alerts. AI usage allowance applies; confirmed during your demo. If you reach it, the AI waits until the next month: extra usage is never added or charged without your approval.
I have more than one branch. How is that priced?
Each branch subscribes to its own package. Central management across branches (a shared menu, central stock and combined reports) is quoted separately. Talk to us and we’ll plan it with you.
